Frequently Asked Questions

Go to wreckgorilla-nz5zfb8w.manus.space and sign in with the email you used when you purchased your program. Your program will be loaded automatically.
After logging in, go to "Today's Log" in the navigation. You'll see each exercise in your program with fields for sets, reps, and notes. Check off each exercise as you complete it.
The Straight Leg Raise (SLR) tracker is included for Knee Pre-Hab clients. Your goal is 50 reps per day. The tracker shows your daily progress toward that goal and keeps a running history.
Purchase a new program from the Programs page. Once purchased, log in to the portal and your new program will be available to select from your account settings.
On the portal login page, click "Sign In" and use the same email address you registered with. If you have trouble accessing your account, reach out through the contact page on thewreckedgorilla.com.
